Commissions

General
- You will only receive the digital art file via email, not an art print.
- I have the right to decline a commission request if the design is too detailed, the concept pose/idea makes me feel uncomfortable or I’m unable to draw it. I'm also allowed to modify or remove details such as complex patterns if you’re unable to give me the PNG files. If you'd like me to draw it and don’t have the files. I will charge extra for the details.
- I don't design characters! Please provide references / reference sheets for your character.
- I don’t draw NSFW. Anything suggestive / underwear is fine, but not interactions.
- Rude behavior on part of the commissioner are grounds for cancellation.Process
- Commissioner will receive a draft sketch for approval. Afterward, you will get a cleaner draft for second approval. Please list all the changes when receiving these sketches. If everything is approved then I'll proceed to finish the artwork.Time frame
· Each commission may take from 1-4 weeks depending on:
- My personal schedule
- Any revisions of the commissioned work
- The complexity of your commission
- Your queue
· Clients may also ask for updates on their commissions. If you want to see any work in progress, feel free to DM me and I will reply within 48 hrs! I might not be able to respond to messages sent on weekends (Philippines GMT+8)Slot Booking, Payment Methods, Refunds
- Commission slots are open periodically and may be booked through contacting me through my social media.
- A deposit of 50% must be made before I start the commission.
- Payments are accepted through Paypal or GCash.
- Accepted currencies are only USD or PHP
- A refund of 100% will be made before the sketch, 90% after a sketch has been made, 50% if the piece is halfway and 10% if the commissioned piece is in the process of rendering and final touches.
- If any sort of payment has been made and I am not able to finish the commission due to personal circumstances, you will receive a full refund.Revisions
· Minor revisions during the sketch stage are free of charge, any revisions after the final sketch has been made will cost an additional fee depending on the complexity of the revision.Copyright
· As the artist, I hold the rights to my work
I can use the commissioned work for any future references or for my portfolio. If you do not wish for me to post the commissioned piece on social media, please tell me beforehand.· The commissioned pieces may be used as icons, wallpapers, etc. (with proper credit), the commissioned pieces are for personal use only.
You may not:
- Remove or alter the artists' watermark
- Claim the work as your own
- Alter the final piece
- Reproduce the artwork commercially (make money out of it, in any way, without consent or knowledge of the artist).
commercial commissions are excluded from these rules· Purchasing commercial rights come with a +50% fee of the original price. This allows the commissioner to use the artwork in any way shape or form that they like, with some exceptions:
- Using your commissioned pieces as or for NFTs, cryptocurrency, or any
other blockchain-based technologies.
- Using your commission in a way that will dishonor or disrespect the original artist.
- Claiming the artwork as your own.
- Not properly crediting the artist.
- Purchasing the artwork to feed it into AI-learning softwares of any kind.AI Art
Should the client decide to change or adjust the commissioned works through the use of machine learning or derived technologies, or create derivatives of the commissioned works through the use of machine learning or derived technologies, I will consider this an automatic purchase of exclusive rights and charge the standard fee per artwork. Please inquire about the exact fee for your commission in advance.NFTs
You acknowledge that the illustrations created for any and all commissions made by me, the artist (at any completion stage) will not be placed on or used by any and all past, present, or future blockchain-related technologies, all past, present, or future marketplaces, or made into NFTS or Cryptocurrencies under ANY AND ALL circumstances at any time. This includes any previous, current, and future adaptations, versions, and iterations of the aforementioned technologies, selling platforms, or trading/investing areas, as well as public and private websites and/or mobile apps.The unauthorized use of personal/individual branded commissioned artwork in any shape or form is strictly forbidden without my written consent and signature. This covers activities taken by a machine or by a human choice.If it is discovered that a client is using past, present, or future commissioned artwork done by me, the artist, as an NFT or cryptocurrency in any manner at any time, the client will:- Be prohibited from accessing my services.
- Pay me, the artist, the entire amount received through NFT and cryptocurrency sales in a regulated, government-recognized currency via PayPal.
- Have their commission be deducted from my public art hosting services.
